Author Visits/Motivational Presentations at Elementary Schools K-6th grade

  • Marsha speaks to both large and small groups. (More interaction with small groups)
  • Approximate time 45 minutes for grades (K–1) and 60 minutes for grades (2–6)
  • Interactive questions are asked during her story to encourage discussion
  • Teachers receive an outline of her presentation to include vocabulary words


Content Varies According to the Age Group:

  • Marsha reads a story from one of her books
  • Students learn her formula for creating her books from start to finish
  • Older students learn how to draw Hoppity Frog (the main character)

  • Students are encouraged to get excited about reading, writing and creating their own stories
